Life’s journey can sometimes steer us away from our true selves, leading us to question our identity and overlook what brings us peace and happiness.

At Your Missing Peace Counselling, we’re dedicated to helping you reconnect with your authentic self and rediscover the inner joy and peace that may have been lost along the way. I'm Nicole, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with two decades of experience. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally inclusive, and neurodiversity-affirming, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques like CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness to tailor the process to your unique needs.

You already hold the pieces to improve your life—I’m here to support you in finding and embracing them.
